Return and delivery conditions
For health and hygiene reasons, the right of return does not apply to our hair cosmetics products. For undelivered packages, we charge a separate fee that covers the shipping and return costs of the package. The amount of the payment is €19.90. If the products are returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, we will not reimburse the shipping costs, but will charge them according to the carrier's valid price table.
If there are broken or incorrect products in the order, notify Alonia Eco Hair Therapy immediately, no later than within 14 business days, by e-mail at email@example.com. This allows us to agree on replacement products or a refund of the purchase amount as soon as possible. For packaging and product damage, send pictures in the message to make the processing of the claim easier. Do not send a defective/wrong product before you have received operational instructions from customer service.

Ordering and contract
You can order products on our online store by moving them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and agree to our delivery conditions valid at any given time. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed by us, is, except for what is mentioned later about the right of cancellation, binding and creates a contract between us with these terms of delivery.
The shipping costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method, and they are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You can see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
We will deliver your order using one of the available delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you choose when placing your order.
Our most common delivery times to the EU region are 2-7 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More precise times will be announced in the order confirmation.
Checking the shipment, error and problem situations
Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please report it to our Customer Service as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest, and we will agree on how to get the error corrected. In the consumer store, we comply with the mandatory error liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding errors.
