General

ALONIAhelsinki Oy, company ID: 3239155-2, address: Mechelininkatu 25 lh 5B, 00100 Helsinki; sells products to private individuals of legal age in the EU area. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products in our online store and similar deliveries.

These delivery terms are valid from 23 October 2022. We can change the delivery conditions unilaterally from time to time, so please check our delivery conditions in advance every time you order products from our online store.

Products and prices

The characteristics and prices of the online store's products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check prices from the shopping cart before you accept the order. The prices of the products include a 24% value-added tax, which appears in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.

Payment, payment methods, payment terms

In the online store, you can pay for your order with banks' online banking credentials, credit card, mobile payments, invoice and installment payment (Collector Bank payment solutions are Walley).

Information about paying with Paytrail: payment in the online bank or with mobile payment methods is free for the customer. Paytrail offers the following payment methods: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, POP Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, OmaSp, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, MobilePay, Pivo, Siirto, Visa tai MasterCard. In payments made with Visa or MasterCard, Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the implementation of the payment brokerage service and the payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant.

After choosing a payment method from the options offered by the merchant, the payment transaction is transferred to the payment method's system. After you accept the payment and return to the online store, the payment is immediately recorded as completed for the merchant. The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and delivers the products to the buyer, as well as fulfills the legal and other obligations related to the store as determined by itself.

Collector installment payment terms: Collector has the right not to grant the use of the Payment Method to the End Customer. The use of the payment method requires a positive credit decision from the Collector. The end customer must be 18 years of age and have full legal capacity or, as a representative of a legal entity, be entitled to represent a legal entity.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, so please enter your e-mail address when you place the order. The payment method used is also confirmed in the order confirmation.

If for some unexpected reason we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Right of cancellation and return conditions

Cosmetic products cannot be exchanged/returned.

If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel the order by notifying us of this within 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods or, if it is a matter of regular delivery of goods, the receipt of the first batch of goods.

The cancellation notification must be made clearly, for example, using our cancellation form, our email below, or with the written notification you submit with the returned item.

The right of cancellation only applies to completely unopened and unused packages. The products to be returned must be in the original packaging, and well packed for return shipping.

If the transaction is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and within 14 days after making the cancellation notice to our Return address mentioned below. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned within the deadline, for example with a return receipt. The returner must pay the costs incurred for the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.

When you return an unopened delivered order, the refund is made to the payment method used in the order (not, for example, by bank transfer).

Accordingly, we will return the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Limitation of liability

ALONIAhelsinki Oy is not responsible for any indirect or direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or caused by any of the aforementioned, except until a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with regard to the damage in question.

Disagreements

We want our customers to be satisfied doing business with us. If there are any problems with the product or the order, please contact our customer service regardless of the possible limitations of the terms of delivery. We try our best to solve all possible problems with a solution suitable for both parties, despite the possible limitations of the terms of delivery.

If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
